From her Detroit roots to her rising influence in Charlotte, Erica Views is a serial entrepreneur, marketing executive, and wellness and womanhood influencer who was recently honored by Shakira as one of 50 women shaping Charlotte. She also leads Views of a Girl, a storytelling platform sharing honest reflections on womanhood, wellness, and self-discovery. Rooted in faith and growth, it is a space for women navigating the in between to evolve, heal, and become in real time.

Erica is the co-founder of the Who Is She Brunch, one of Charlotte’s most celebrated women’s empowerment experiences. What began as a signature event has grown into a movement that brings women together to connect deeply, build meaningful community, and confidently walk into their next chapter.
